Shaman Yojana UP Processing Charge
Under this scheme, the processing price for residential buildings will be just one rupee per sq. meter and in commercial buildings two rupees per sq. meter. The Vice-Chairman of the Development Authority has to register online on the prescribed form along with a self-rated mitigation price. Architects will certify the photos and maps of the building. Benefits of UP Shaman Yojana
- More than 500 sq. meters or group housing which will have 7 or extra flats can be legalized by paying a fee.
