Number of houses approved under PMAY-U until 2022
As of June 2022, the number of households approved under PMAYY-U was 112.4 lakh and 822.5 lakh units of land were earmarked. Of this, 47.31 lakh houses/distribution has been completed.
The total investment under PMAYY-U is Rs 7.35 lakh crore, with central assistance of Rs 1.61 lakh crore, of which Rs 99,067 crore has been disbursed.

Who can be the beneficiaries of the PMAY project?
