What is a Shasthya Sathi 2024?
Five lakh rupees insurance to every family in the whole state. Each family will be given a card through the scheme which will be issued in the name of the female family member.

This decision will be effective from December 1, 2021, and will cover all people irrespective of their religion, caste, and occupation. The CM said that about 7.5 crore people were covered under the Shasthya Sathi scheme, and now everyone from children, old women, or people of any religion benefited.
What are the benefits of the Shasthya Sathi Card 2024?
The Government of West Bengal has launched a new medical insurance scheme called the Shasthya Sathi Scheme for people from financially weak backgrounds. Beneficiaries of the Scheme will receive free treatment at specific hospitals. The key features of the Health Partner Scheme 2024 are:
Free treatment for all people. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee launched the scheme on November 26, 2020. It was officially launched in December 2016. With the implementation of this scheme, the beneficiaries will get health insurance coverage of Rs. 5 lakhs. Earlier, about 7.5 crore people were covered under the health partner Scheme.
The whole scheme is designed for the benefit of the beneficiaries. It is also a paperless scheme. Beneficiaries will get a smart card that will highlight its details. The Chief Minister has announced that the premium for medical insurance treatment will be contributed by the Government of West Bengal.

Rules for making Shasthya Sathi card and where to submit the form
It would be better to download Form B from the download button given in the portal, fill it out attach the Xerox copy of the above-mentioned document with Form B, and submit it to the Health Counter at Duyare Sarkar Camp, West Bengal Government.
After submitting the form at the government camp at the door, you will receive an SMS. The healthcare agent will then contact you and take your photo and fingerprint. After a while, you will get your card. The Shasthya Sathi app has been launched for the scheme

To better publicize the details of the scheme, the state authorities have already created and launched an app for the health scheme.
You can download the Shasthya Sathi App. The Health Companion app lets you search the Google Play Store. Users do not have to pay any price to use this application. You need to type your registered mobile number and Aadhaar code to activate Health Companion Apps. Once activated you will have access to the application dashboard and get relevant information.
The health insurance scheme will help the poor and vulnerable to get the necessary treatment in a good hospital. West Bengal Chief Minister wants to upgrade healthcare. The Chief Minister further mentioned that the guidelines of the Scheme would be amended as required in the future.

3. On the homepage, click on the Find You Name option.
4. A new web page will appear in front of you
5. Here, fill in the mobile number.
6. Then a new web page will open in front of you.
7. On this page you have to fill in the details like your own name, district name block municipality name, etc.
8. Here you have to give the ID number of the decency that you gave to the health partner in the Select By option.
9. Then a new page will appear in front of you and your name and URN number will be given there. (If your name is enrolled in the Health Partner Scheme)
10. First you will be asked if you are already enrolled in the healthcare Scheme, if not you will need to submit a Form-B.
11 After filling out the form, it has to be submitted to the Gram Panchayat / Ward Office.
How to get someone’s name out of a Shasthya Sathi card?
If you want to get the name of a family member out of the card, you have to fill out and submit the Form D form.
How to correct the Shasthya Sathi card name?
If the name of any family member is wrong, you have to fill up Form C correctly and submit it to the Panchayat or Ward Office.
How to renew a Shasthya Sathi card?
You do not have to do anything to renew the card. The card has to be renewed but this is an auto-renewal method i.e. no person has to renew his card it will be automatic renewal.
What to do if your card number is cut?
If you have someone’s card number cut or blurred, you can go to the official website and check with URN verification or an Aadhaar card and ration card. With URN Verification, if you have a numbered card, you can verify it with the numbers, or you can search for an Aadhaar card or ration card number and get your healthcare number.
Many healthcare slips have not arrived but if you see your healthcare number on the portal then you can apply for Lakshmi Bhandar with that number. Special Note: It is not possible to launch Lakshmi Bhandar without the Card.
