The West Bengal Government has started a Bangla Swanirbhar Karmasangstan Prakalpa 2024 (BSKP Scheme 2024) which will enable the youth to earn their own living. This Scheme is known as ‘Self Dignity’ for individual youth and this Scheme of Entrepreneurial Group is known as ‘Self Respect’.
The objective of this Scheme is to create self-reliant employment in West Bengal where unemployed youth start their own jobs in manufacturing, trade, service work, agriculture, or similar sectors.

Benefits of Bangla Swanirbhar Karmasansthan Prakalpa?
Unemployed youths will be given loans of Rs. 10 lakhs. If the loan is taken separately, then a loan of Rs 10 lakh will be given to one person. If a loan is taken from this Scheme in a group, then a loan of 25 lakh rupees will be given. The applicant will have 10 percent margin money.
The loan taken separately will be given a 20 percent subsidy from the government for ‘self-dignity’. A maximum subsidy of Rs. 1,00,000 will be given. The government will provide a 20 percent subsidy for group self-respect loans. The maximum subsidy for this loan will be Rs. 250,000.
What qualifications are required to benefit from this Scheme:
The benefits of this Scheme can be taken individually or in groups. If you want to take advantage of this as a group, then you have to have at least 5 members, and all the members have to be from the same area.
Cannot form a group with more than one member of a family. Central Government Employees, State Government Employees, or those working in government agencies will not be able to apply for this scheme.
The applicant should be an unemployed youth who does not profit from any other government place and the family income of the applicant should be Rs. 15000 per month. If the application is made in groups then this rule will be on each member. Applicants must be between 18 and 45 years of age when applying.
